Open Positions
The Account Director is the primary point of contact for several client relationships. This person is responsible for managing ongoing projects for these clients and providing creative direction to our talented team of writers, graphic designers, and website developers. The ideal candidate will have experience working within wealth management in a creative direction capacity at an RIA, brokerdealer, or wirehouse. This is a full-time, 100% remote position with flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as the main point of contact for existing wealth management clients
Delivers clear direction to internal teams at Marketing Wiz to execute on campaign delivery
Processes and organizes incoming requests and disseminates to the delivery team for execution
Manage client ad-hoc requests and resolve client questions, inquiries and client-related projects
Lead weekly client calls with excellence
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Understands how to implement , optimize and manage digital marketing strategies to nurture prospects
Understands the differences in how a wealth management firm benefits client across different wealth segments
Clear understanding of the regulatory marketing that IRA/RIA operate in
Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to brainstorm solutions and work independently as well as with a team
Strong leadership skills, be a self-starter, and confidently work independently and collaboratively as needed
Experience in HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot preferred, but not required.

We are seeking a talented Financial Writer to join our creative team. This person is responsible for writing a wide range of content including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, brochures, and pitch decks. The ideal candidate will have experience writing for sophisticated, high-net-worth investors at an RIA, brokerdealer, or wirehouse. This role involves working directly with our largest clients to create written content, including interviewing subject-matter experts at the firm and managing rounds of revision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interviewing subject matter experts at our client firms
Creating outlines and drafts for the client to review
Managing rounds of revisions until content is business and compliance approved
Working with Marketing Wiz project managers to create projects for clients
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Excellent writing ability across white papers, blog posts, and articles
The ability to modify the tone and voice based on client needs and desires
The ability to propose and stick-to project timelines
Understands the differences in how a wealth management firm benefits client across different wealth segments
